Waterloo Taxi relies on the accuracy of the information provided by the person or group booking the ride in order to provide an optimal and timely service.
  • It is recommended to double check and confirm ALL information 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time. This includes all details provided to Waterloo Taxi and Airline information.
  • Waterloo Taxi is Not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in a missed flight. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, poor road conditions, route detours due to traffic events, or vehicle breakdowns.
  • For safety reasons, a driver may refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limits set by Waterloo Taxi. In such a circumstance a customer may not receive a refund.
  • Waterloo Taxi does not provide van service for additional luggage.
For Airport Pickup Bookings:
  • Once a taxi is dispatched, No refund will be issued if wrong information is provided, Example: wrong date, time or incorrect flight details. Changes can be emailed to our dispatch up to three hours prior to scheduled pick up time.
  • You must contact our dispatch either by phone or email if you are experiencing any delays such as delayed flight, customs, immigration, baggage collection or claiming lost luggage.
  • There will be No additional waiting time charge for up to Three Hours from the officially published landing time of your flight. After this time
    • If the person or group contacts Waterloo Taxi and wishes the taxi to continue waiting, then a charge of $30 increment per waiting hour will apply beyond the three hours. If the person or group decides not to accept the $30/hr waiting charge then the taxi will no longer wait and there will be no refund.
    • If Waterloo Taxi cannot make contact with the person or group who booked the taxi, the taxi will no longer wait and no refund will be issued.
  • You may cancel your booking up to three hours prior to scheduled pick up time for a full refund. No refund will be issued if we receive the cancellation within three hours prior to scheduled pickup time.
